Helium Tank Rentals are for a 48-hour period
If the tank is rented on a Friday, the rental period is extended to 72 hours
making the tank due back on Monday
 
All tanks come with a Latex Regulator
 
A refundable security deposit is required on all rentals
 
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS GIVEN ON PARTIALLY USED TANKS

 SAFETY WARNING
All helium tanks need to be secured; this is the renter's responsibility. Helium is a non-toxic, non-flammable gas; however, it is dangerous to breathe in gas from the tank, or even from an inflated balloon, Doing so poses a serious risk of asphyxiation. We recommend that you transport the helium tank in the trunk of your car. If you must transport it in the passenger compartment, make sure that it is secured and you have at least one window open at all times.
 
DEMURRAGE CHARGE
Unless arrangements are made prior to renting your equipment from us, an additional fee of $10.00 will be charged for every day the rental unit is not returned to our store starting from the time the unit was to be returned.
 
LOSS OR DAMAGE
Responsibility for equipment remains with the renter from the time of receipt to the time of return. Please be sure the equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. We do charge for missing, broken or rain damaged parts.
 
DAMAGES AND CLEANING CHARGES
Customers will be charged for broken, damaged and missing items not in use and protected from the weather. Check with management of hired halls, convention centers, restaurants, etc. to make sure they will take care of our equipment should you have to leave it there.
